What is Alpha?

An open space for conversation about the meaning of life and the possibility of faith.

Alpha is a series of relaxed evenings where we share a meal, hear a short talk, and have conversations that explore the big questions of life. Everyone is welcome. There’s no pressure, no follow-up, and no charge to attend—just honest conversations.

If you’re exploring faith, questioning, or are just plain curious about Christianity, Alpha is for you.

Here’s what to expect.

First up there’s dinner and drinks.

Then a talk.

Followed by discussion.

Alpha runs for 10 weeks. Each evening includes food, a short talk, and a discussion where you can share your thoughts and ask questions. At any point, if you think Alpha isn’t for you, that’s not a problem. There’s no pressure, no follow up, and no charge to attend. We’re committed to welcoming diverse perspectives. You can say what you think and hear other people's points of view.

Who is Alpha for?

Alpha is run all around the globe, and everyone is welcome. It is intended for people who have given up on church, those wanting to investigate Christianity, those who are completely new to the Christian faith, and those who are atheist, agnostic, skeptical, or unsure. We hope you’ll join us.

Alpha begins soon!
